Preparing for Your Visit

Please bring your completed packet of office forms (if appropriate as indicated below), a complete and accurate list of your medications and/or the original bottles, proof of insurance (card), and copayment (due at time of service).  Using the links below, necessary forms may be completed and printed or may be emailed to our office 24-48 hours prior to your visit.

Paying for Your Visit

Payment of any co-pay, deductible and/or any non-covered services will be expected at the time of your visit.  All covered services will be submitted to your insurance carrier.  Click here for a list of insurance companies for which we are providers. Regional Primary Care accepts cash, personal check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.  You may click the convenient Pay A Bill link at the top of this page to pay your bill online.

How to Request Medication Refills

Please call your pharmacy to request a general medication refill.  The pharmacy will notify us if no refills are remaining and we will send approval directly back to your pharmacy.  Refill for controlled or narcotic medications must be requested by calling our office at (573) 332-6000 during regular business hours.  Medication refills requests may also be made using Patient Portal.  We ask that you allow 24-48 hours for your refill request to be completed.

How to Obtain Test Results

Call our office during regular business hours at (573) 332-6000 to leave a message for your physician or their clinical staff to return your call. If the test result has been received by our office, they will communicate the results to you and answer any questions you might have at that time. If we have not yet received the results, we will verify your preferred contact information and return your call as soon as possible.

Contacting Our Office for a Medical Problem After Hours or on the Weekend

If a medical problem arises after hours or on weekends, you may reach the physician on call at (573) 278-4856. You will be asked to enter a telephone number at which you can be reached and a physician will return your call as soon as possible. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
